The +global values: gratitude and sacrifice

In the analysis of the design of the +global values that will guide the +global conduct.
We need analyze the importance of the sacrifice of the older generation in benefit of the younger generations.

The gratitude as a +global value, to get the members of a society help each other permanently is vital, and is what currently has helped to reduce the tension and conflicts between nations.

The moment of gratitude uses to happen when a person who receives from the global society, feels the internal impetus to return that what a person receives he must give back to the global society.
These set the importance of the +project and +association to set a social structure that cares every single member of the society.
These happens when there is a permanent positive environment for the individual, here comes a reinforce to the need of a deep respectful behavior that helps to create this positive environment.

About the type and limit of the help, these help is to help to live an austere life, even when it is a prize in recognition of some kind of effort it must be something austere.
The +project and +association recognize the importance of the +need, in the human life to force to create empathy, gratitude that generates tolerance and forgiveness. These means that the goal of the help to new generations is to guarantee they have the enough to continue their life and reach their goals inside the society, these means a person could receives more than other according on their goal inside the society, not because there is preference for one over other, else because the requirement from one to reach his function inside the society are higher than the other.
The fact to make a person millionaire is unreal and unnecessary for this +project unless he needs it for his function, because seeing at the society as an unity to enrich one member doesn't make sense when the goal is the +global societies. In any action is necessary to keep the focus in the consequences of one action in the global society.
The important here is the member of the society will have the support from the society in their essential needs, but as a responsible member and toward the work he does for the society, to guarantee these situations is necessary the +association goes across all the institution in all the stages of live of an individual, and design them in a way they guarantee the satisfaction of the essential needs of each individual.

The age that represent the point when is expected a person to reciprocate to new generations, doesn't has limit, it can be a 10 years old helping a 8 years old to carry and solve his responsibilities in school.
But there is an age where is expected a senior person dedicate his life and even sacrifice his life if there is a catastrophe, in benefit of new generations, I think it could be 50 years or more.
These is based in a deep tie of connection between younger and older generations, reinforced by a permanent respect from younger to older generations that is inserted deep in the social design of their relations.
A social value that get the consciousness in older generation than when they pass the middle of their life, maybe 50 years, they must remember is his responsibility to think in younger generation and care of them; to integrate in their new activities the responsibility they has to nurture them, in quality of time and even in economic support. But only when is necessary and only to push inside his function inside the society. Sometimes the most important help will be only emotional, supporting and taking time to mentor or hear and advice them.

The +global values of gratitud and sacrifice are vital, but they are deeply tied to other values like austerity, respect to older, that generates a reciprocate action from them, focusing more in a positive and respectful emotional environment that nurture the relations and the positive daily behavior of all their members. And motivating the child behavior that is who keeps the emotional ties between individuals.
