The +global society as a +global family

If you expect a member of a society think in the other members as a family
If you expect a member of a society think in the other members as a family.

The society must be like a family to them.
The family support members.
The family raises members to work and help the other members of the society.
The family structure to make his member responsible and worker, the family doesn't simply allow him to exists.
etc.

These is the basement of the +global society, a +global family, and that is what currently we are trying to do, with international solidarity, creating business relations, etc.

But as in a family is necessary some social values, like:
- respect and humble.
- an increased solidarity.
- an increased motivation and interest in the members, not only give and hope he get what he wants.
- and increased motivator to raise the individuality, maturity and goal-oriented life of the member.
