The +association a model for a new democracy

The +association and the +project are too a model and a prototype for new democracy based on information management, where the leader, in the same way that it works currently, enter in an organized system, that doesn't needs a president to work.

In that sense the president, is now a leader for a specific task, a leader to give the chance to manage the creative evolution of a country, under a decision based on information management, democracy in a positive and responsible way.
