The leadership in the +association

The leadership is a flexible feature of the +association.
Dependending the internal and external situation of the +association a different kind of leadership can be choosen:

Temporary Leadership
- Temporary leadership to increase the participacion of different members and improvement of the +association, in this case the leadership is changed frequently, it can be for a fixed periodo of time and/or the enough time to execute the improvements by the members.

Permanent leadership
- Permanent leadership  to choose an experienced member to execute a permanent administration, and keep an stable image of the +association, because the permanent changing leaders,  can gasp all the problematic because they will be focused in a task.


The Democracy based on knowledge to choose leader
In everyone will be a democracy based on knowledge, this means there is an analysis why is better every candidate, depending the analysis we choose the better candidates, and members vote for the analysis.

i.e.
 Election of President
First Process of election
First the Escenarios are choseen by leader of groups per  speciality and strategy, and then they are confirmend by their members.

 Escenario 1) the candidate A is better if we consider the present of the planet is the exploration of Mars, in the following decade.
Attached the evaluation why candidate A is better.
 Escenario 2) the candidate B is better if we consider the foresight of food and water, in the following decade.
Attached the evaluatio nwhy candidate B is better.

Second Process of election,  agreement by all members that for each escenario the candidates are the best, and in the case they are not, then an additional votation will be between the better.


Third Process of election, election of theescenario, in this stage, the members choose the Escenario, that implies a member.
In the case the candidate can start or continue its mandate, the escenario will rule which kind of leader will be choosen.

The obvious question, is why not to choose first the escenario and then the leader, the reason is to allow the evolution of the discussion about escenarios, and the evaluation of all the members, and the selection of a candidate is something positive, because it created activity and interaction between members and the recognition of a preferred leader in one area.
Is important here to remember the main strategic guidelines of the +associations, this guidelines causes some "nonsense" in the activities of the association, but analyzing under the main strategy it makes sense; in the main strategy is to create oportunities of contact, between members, to evaluate them, etc. etc.
Everything in the +association is strategy.
