The exam to enter the +association and the basic training

The initial exam

To enter the +association there is going to be need an initial exam, this initial exam is going to complicate because it will haven only once a year, and will require an expensive trip, and a high chance to fail in the exam, that will measure abilities from strategy, to analysis, techniques of invention, etc.

The initial exam, is more as a vacation, adventure, for nerds, something like a price for making a global change, even if they fail the expericen should be unforgettable, and should enrich them as person as an +agent of +global +change

The treatment the +association will do to postulants, will be extremely respectful, because this is the first chance to get the respect and support from people that will, so the +association will sell to the applicants, as a potential customer, independently if he passes or not the exam.
At the same will be very exigent(practically) in an exam that will show the many disciplines he needs to know to be an effective +agent of +change, to set a level of excellence for the  +association.
The exam is something that must be very well done, and must change every year, so applicant couldre take the exam only for the experience, in a wide area, a small disney vacation club for nerds.

The basic training

There is going to be a basic t raining, that will be a non-available for non-members courses, that will require a minimum of 5 years to offered to the public.

The question is why an initial exam, that will delay, the enter in the +association, the reason si to receive help they can integrate to a current member of the +association.
The initial exam gives an special value to the membership, and forces to create ties between agents of change, specially when they will receive monetary help from other memebers.
Think on this, without the +àssociation and its exam, there are always going to be agents of global change, but the exam, the membership and the association, forces to agents of global change to help between them, to ask and receive help, creating ties of frienship and companionship.

About the basic training, to block courses that could be good and useful to all the world, delaying it 5 years or more, is to create a curiosity and interest in companies for new advancements in different disciplines.
If a course is excesivelly important for the world any member of the +association, and anonymous, that in theory will represent the right of most needed, will be too a member could propose to change this situation, so it makes sense.
