As part of the +project the +association will help to the global industry in several ways like :
- Moving their abilities from one area to another, when:
- there is an excess of workfoce in one area
- the industry is displaced to another area
- the industry changes or dissapear partial or totally
In example to move the ability to make precision components (clocks) to make other precision componentes.
- Creation connections, between opportunity of business; creating market, contacting not used workforce around the world that can satisfy that needs.
In example:
- to contact people who wants a boat, and people who can make a cheap boat.
- detect need of some specialists in some place of the world, create the courses to create skills to satisfy that needs, to give that skills to a place where is a lot of unused workforce.
The concept of a global family
Of course there is a problem, why to help the industry of one country instead of another, because if one industry can make one, then he can make two. Then why to help that.
The reason is the development of:
-A global unity, empathy.
-The understanding that in the global economy when one economy has flu, the other economies sneezes; this means if one fall the other will fall, because even when not directly all the economy, and investments are intertwined around the world; maybe one country don't have relation with another; but indirectly their citizens through investment in services providers, stock exchange, in insure, even in donation they will give to help that country;
"If you don't give money in one way you will give the same help in another way, the point si to the most effective"
- The reason the +project structures the global society, to make understand the biggest satisfaction doesn't comes from money else from the relations.
The +project moves the greed to control and have money; to the challenge of learning, growing, playing in a global economy, where no matter who wins, at the end is the humanity will win.
These means everything is connected to help each other, in long term, no matter how greed, we are humans, and everything tends to return to society in one or in another way, and here comes the history how biggests business man when they reach an old age, tends to return the money they collected to the society.
And their greed wasn't so bad, because they pushed the creation of industries and jobs.

The exam to enter the +association and the basic training
The initial exam
To enter the +association there is going to be need an initial exam, this initial exam is going to complicate because it will haven only once a year, and will require an expensive trip, and a high chance to fail in the exam, that will measure abilities from strategy, to analysis, techniques of invention, etc.
The initial exam, is more as a vacation, adventure, for nerds, something like a price for making a global change, even if they fail the expericen should be unforgettable, and should enrich them as person as an +agent of +global +change
The treatment the +association will do to postulants, will be extremely respectful, because this is the first chance to get the respect and support from people that will, so the +association will sell to the applicants, as a potential customer, independently if he passes or not the exam.
At the same will be very exigent(practically) in an exam that will show the many disciplines he needs to know to be an effective +agent of +change, to set a level of excellence for the +association.
The exam is something that must be very well done, and must change every year, so applicant couldre take the exam only for the experience, in a wide area, a small disney vacation club for nerds.

There is going to be a basic t raining, that will be a non-available for non-members courses, that will require a minimum of 5 years to offered to the public.
The question is why an initial exam, that will delay, the enter in the +association, the reason si to receive help they can integrate to a current member of the +association.
The initial exam gives an special value to the membership, and forces to create ties between agents of change, specially when they will receive monetary help from other memebers.
Think on this, without the +àssociation and its exam, there are always going to be agents of global change, but the exam, the membership and the association, forces to agents of global change to help between them, to ask and receive help, creating ties of frienship and companionship.

Conflict of interests between the Administrative and the members of the +Association
If the Administrative groups is going in one or another way going to get information about some inventions in their initial tasks, and by default all members are competitive, there are going to be real problems for new inventions, because it takes several year from an initial idea to get it finished.
For that reason there will be a qualification for Innovation and Products.
There are global products, that will be created suggesting to the global industry to use, it, the patent will reside in the association, and by rule will be free or almost free.
The groupal products, products developed by an aggrupation for the benefit of that group.
The personal products, products developed by a person for himself.
In the other hand, independetly of the patents around fo the world, the assocation will have an independent record of patents, where a member will have to register the patent.
The patent will have a classification of general type, importance relative to global matters, and others.
That will set the expire in a period of time, and must be specific.
A patent for a robot that can land in a planet, a device need in a time of emergency like a medicine, etc.
Or a general patent like, creating a robot.
Will have different conditions and time of experation, in the register of the global +association.
In that sense the administrative group, and their families will have a limitation in:
-Participacion in the creation personal products.
-And will have an extended expiration time for using patents of the +association that expired, and could be taked b y another members.
Etc.
Is necessary to accept there are going to move not only some, else several situation of fraud about patents, and all members must accept them, the +project and the +association accept the existence of fraud, and injust practice, so the member must take care to avoid it to happen.
In other words, the member must accept the risk that member of their group and the association can stole the idea, in that sense he must take the required measures, is like leaving your personal things in a restaurant, the restaurant gives you some protection measures, but they can guarantee some of the personal of the restaurant or their client stole them from you.

Permanent leadership
- Permanent leadership to choose an experienced member to execute a permanent administration, and keep an stable image of the +association, because the permanent changing leaders, can gasp all the problematic because they will be focused in a task.
The Democracy based on knowledge to choose leader
In everyone will be a democracy based on knowledge, this means there is an analysis why is better every candidate, depending the analysis we choose the better candidates, and members vote for the analysis.

First the Escenarios are choseen by leader of groups per speciality and strategy, and then they are confirmend by their members.
Escenario 1) the candidate A is better if we consider the present of the planet is the exploration of Mars, in the following decade.
Attached the evaluation why candidate A is better.
Escenario 2) the candidate B is better if we consider the foresight of food and water, in the following decade.
Attached the evaluatio nwhy candidate B is better.
Second Process of election, agreement by all members that for each escenario the candidates are the best, and in the case they are not, then an additional votation will be between the better.
Third Process of election, election of theescenario, in this stage, the members choose the Escenario, that implies a member.
In the case the candidate can start or continue its mandate, the escenario will rule which kind of leader will be choosen.
The obvious question, is why not to choose first the escenario and then the leader, the reason is to allow the evolution of the discussion about escenarios, and the evaluation of all the members, and the selection of a candidate is something positive, because it created activity and interaction between members and the recognition of a preferred leader in one area.
Is important here to remember the main strategic guidelines of the +associations, this guidelines causes some "nonsense" in the activities of the association, but analyzing under the main strategy it makes sense; in the main strategy is to create oportunities of contact, between members, to evaluate them, etc. etc.
Everything in the +association is strategy.
