The methodology to take decision in the +association are clearly defined before the discussion
There are more than one method to take decision, and all of them are clearly defined, and if another is being used, then it must be declared before taking the decision, it can be:

  • Simple Majority of votes, democracy.
  • Decision based on a limited group of variables, with a percentage of probability, like decision based on variable natural phenomena and the best decision to give them priority, this means the variables are defined, once every one agree on them, the next step is to set the probability of the events, and based on them mathematically the decision becomes obvious.
  • Decision based on a goal, that is described as a situation, and then the systems to modify and get that state are listed, and the decision is based on the demonstrated effectiveness of each system to reach and maintain that state.
  • Etc.
The importance of choosing the correct decision methodology, for each problem is important ,because it moves the focus in the correct situation; promoting the relation with other members, gathering more precise information or investigating or creating better techniques.

The profile of the president of the +association

These represent the spirit of the president:
- The child ego: stupidness to follow unreachable goals.
- The adult ego: discipline and sacrifice to get them
- The father ego: gratitude, strenght and sacrifice for the future generations that represent to be the president of the association.

Any member who decides to become the president of the +association must fulfill these spirit, if the president, doesn't have the hope to search bigger goals, the discipline to search them, and the strength that comes from the gratitude to this society and the humanity, then is better the àssocioation doesn't have a president, a president must be an example, an inspiration, that will strenghtehn the other +association.

If that is not going to happen, better is to leave the position empty, the +association has an administrative equipment that will satisfy the administrative requirement of the +global association and +project.

Here are the goals of the unknown like Julius Verne novels, that dreams with a unknown future and impossible goals.
These goals are set to store knowledge about those goals for those who are interested to start or continue one of that kind of goals.
Here are some goals very relevant to the humanity; like the mental and spiritual advancement
-          About the real and scientific understanding of god, that currently in the project are advanced trough the understanding of the history of the beginnings of the main religions, the Him and the Mental Body.
-          The next advancement of the humanity spiritually and mentally, like that from Robert A. Monroe to live spiritually and use bodies only as suits.
-          Other goals, like a journey to the center of the earth, but other like going to live to another planet are going outside of this  group, because currently is something possible, dangerous but possible.

1.1.63 The social value of respect between older generations and authorities



All social values must be designed and adequate to each society and culture, e.g.:
The respect is essential to get a positive connection between older and newer generations.
If we expect older generations sacrifice themselves for the wellbeing of the new generations, there must be a compensation.
However, the respect must fulfill the requirement of promote individuality in newer generations.
The design of the respect for the +association is:
-          A language of respect whenever in serious situations, when the older generations or authorities are taking decision, in conflicts or critical.
-          A respectful demonstration of affection, to get connection between child egos.
-          Demonstration of gratitude
-          Solidarity.

In counterpart, the older generations must answer with respect:
